Day by day

A shape, not a schedule. Every one of these is rewritten around the people travelling it.

  1. Khao Lak

Check dives, gear sorted, boat briefing. An early night, because the first dive is before breakfast.

  2. The Similans

Granite boulders the size of houses, and the visibility the Andaman is famous for. Four dives if you want them.

  3. North

Koh Bon and Koh Tachai — manta country when the season is right. We will tell you the odds honestly rather than sell you a certainty.

  4. Richelieu Rock

The one everyone comes for. A limestone pinnacle in open sea, and the best chance of a whale shark in Thailand.

  5. Surin

Shallower, softer, and good for the non-divers in the party, who snorkel the same reefs.

  6. In

Back to Khao Lak, and a night on land before flying — never fly the same day you dive.
